We carry our understanding of sustainability into every stage of our supply chain. We evaluate our suppliers regularly against core performance criteria and, by identifying areas for development together, we build long-term partnerships founded on trust and continuous improvement.
Sustainability: social compliance, environmental compliance, project management, ability to meet customer expectations
Quality: quality management system, product quality, delivery performance
Partnership: technical competence, product and process development, organizational capability, collaborative approach, cost management
Based on these criteria, suppliers are classified as Conditional Supplier, Sufficient Supplier, Good Supplier, or Strategic Supplier. This approach allows us to identify areas for improvement and ensures that we grow and develop together with our suppliers, building a truly co-evolving and transforming ecosystem.
